Jaap brings more than 19 years of experience across industrial operations, reliability, asset management and digital transformation with Shell and other energy businesses. He has led major digital and reliability initiatives across multiple geographies, including product teams and programmes focused on improving workforce and asset performance. At ProactOS, he focuses on industrial reliability, product strategy and technology — helping customers turn operational knowledge and data into better decisions, stronger reliability and greater business value.

Marjon brings international and diplomatic experience in operations, leadership, communication and relationship management. She has worked across Oman, Qatar and the Netherlands, leading teams and building relationships in complex environments. At ProactOS, she focuses on business relationships and the people side of reliability — understanding customer needs, building long-term partnerships and helping organisations and their people work more effectively.
