Weeks 1–3
Establish the asset picture
Select the unit or asset class. Work with the people who own it to establish the equipment hierarchy and reliability context.
Start small. Prove value.
You do not need to transform your entire reliability organisation to start.
Choose one unit or asset class. Bring together the people who know it, the reliability information they use and the risks they manage.
ProactOS creates the intelligence layer across the systems and data you already have — your CMMS or EAM, and, where available, historians, data platforms, engineering information and existing reliability knowledge.
Over 90 days, your team tests whether better context leads to better and faster decisions — and whether those decisions improve the reliability of the unit.
Start with one unit. Prove the value. Then decide.
A more reliable unit typically wastes less energy and material. That follows from fewer unplanned events and less rework — it is not a separate target of the 90 days.
Can your people work from a shared reliability picture?
Bring equipment hierarchy, failure knowledge, maintenance strategy and field observations together.
Can your team make decisions faster?
Identify the risks and failure modes that deserve attention without searching through disconnected systems, spreadsheets and individual knowledge.
Does better intelligence change the work?
Turn agreed decisions into actions alongside the work already managed through your CMMS.
Does the reliability exposure improve?
Measure whether the identified reliability exposure on the pilot unit is reduced.
Does your workforce become more effective?
The question is not whether another software system was installed. It is whether your people can make better decisions with less effort.
Weeks 1–3
Select the unit or asset class. Work with the people who own it to establish the equipment hierarchy and reliability context.
Weeks 3–6
Load and structure the FMEA, failure modes and maintenance strategies your team actually uses. Start capturing field observations and connecting them to assets, failure modes and risk.
Weeks 6–10
Identify the risks and reliability decisions that deserve attention. Turn agreed decisions into actions alongside the existing CMMS work. Deploy visual boards where the operating team needs them.
Weeks 10–13
Review the reliability exposure, actions and decisions made during the pilot. Assess what changed. Then decide: Expand. Refine. Or stop.
Tell us: Your site; The unit or asset class; The CMMS or EAM you currently use; The reliability challenge you want to address.
We will assess whether the scope is a good fit for a 90-day pilot.
The objective is not to install another system.
It is to make the people who keep your plant running more effective.
Where AI is used, it plays an advisory role.
People remain responsible for engineering judgement and operational decisions.
